Vehicles permitted with a B1 licence
A category B1 licence may be obtained from the age of 16. It authorises certain non-light quadricycles, including non-light quadricycles with handlebars, commonly known as quads. It is not a motorcycle licence and does not confer the vehicle entitlements of category A1.
