PassaPatente is an independent multilingual study service for the category A and B driving-theory tests, offering explanations, practice, and simulations. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
Study content and exam preparation
- Translations, explanations, and supplementary materials are study aids and do not replace official texts and sources.
- If there is any difference or uncertainty, the official Italian wording of the questions and guidance from the competent authorities take precedence.
- PassaPatente does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or achieve any particular result. You remain responsible for your preparation and for checking the current exam rules.
Accounts and age
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us about any unauthorised access. Your account is personal and may not be shared. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must authorise both your use of the service and any plan purchase.
Free access and Premium
Theory, quizzes, explanations, translations and mock exams remain free. A free account saves your progress. Premium is optional and only removes advertising when you are signed in. There are no trial periods.
Advertising
The free version may display advertising, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices. Advertising is not shown while you are signed in with an account that has active Premium access.
Payments and expiry
Stripe processes payments. The Premium pass costs €2.99 once for three calendar months from the confirmed payment, with no automatic renewal. Checkout shows the final price and applicable taxes before confirmation. After expiry, you continue free with your saved progress and can buy another pass; passes do not stack. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving a reason, by writing to info@passapatente.it, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by law. Information applicable to your chosen plan is also shown before payment.
Optional support
The €1 support contribution is optional, paid once, and helps support the project's free content. The payment provider shows the details before confirmation.
Permitted use and availability
You may not resell or systematically reproduce content, use automated tools to extract it, bypass limits, advertising, or security measures, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes. We may carry out maintenance and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, fraud, a security risk, or a legal obligation, subject to your mandatory rights.
Applicable law and contact
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory protections of that country's law and the jurisdiction provided by applicable law remain unaffected. For complaints or support requests, write to info@passapatente.it.
