Rear-facing child seat and passenger airbag
A rear-facing child seat must never be placed on the front passenger seat while the passenger airbag is active. Before fitting the seat there, deactivate the airbag using the vehicle's dedicated control. If the passenger airbag cannot be deactivated, the rear-facing child seat must not be installed on the front seat. Deployment of an active airbag against the back of the child seat can cause very serious injury.
