Very slow vehicles on non-urban roads
A large speed difference causes a faster car to close the gap much sooner than expected. A slow three-wheeled moped can become an immediate hazard if it turns or changes position suddenly, while the speed of agricultural machinery may be difficult to estimate from a distance. Scan far ahead, reduce speed early and leave enough time to assess any overtake.
