Vehicles excluded from motorways and main non-urban roads

These high-speed roads admit only suitable vehicles and safely secured loads. A car whose design speed on level ground is below 80 km/h and agricultural machinery are prohibited, as are vehicles carrying a disordered, insecure or unlawfully projecting load. Vehicles likely to spill material must be properly enclosed or covered. Mopeds remain excluded even if modified or capable of 50 km/h.
