RCA insurance certificate
After an RCA compulsory motor third-party liability insurance contract is signed, the insurer must issue the customer with an insurance certificate. The cover is required by law, and the certificate must be kept with the vehicle as required in the theory-test rules. Cover concerns the insured vehicle under the policy conditions and is not limited to occasions when the owner is driving.
