Guarantee Fund for Road Accident Victims
The Guarantee Fund for Road Accident Victims provides compensation, subject to the statutory conditions, for personal injury caused by vehicles that are uninsured or cannot be identified. Its purpose is to protect victims who cannot obtain ordinary compensation from an identified, insured vehicle.
