Compulsory motor liability insurance and direct compensation
Compulsory RCA motor third-party liability insurance covers injury suffered by third-party passengers when the insured vehicle is authorised to carry people. The direct-compensation procedure may apply to damage to the vehicle and minor injury to its driver, subject to the prescribed conditions. It does not apply when more than two vehicles are involved.
