Orange plate for dangerous goods
The orange ADR plate warns that the vehicle is carrying regulated dangerous goods. Where numbers are displayed, they help emergency services identify the hazard and the substance. It is different in shape and colour from the red-and-white plate marking a projecting load. Keep a safe distance and, after a collision or leak, avoid ignition sources and follow emergency-service instructions.
