Stopping, parking, traffic-imposed halts and moving off
No parking across a driveway
A parked vehicle must not block authorised access between private property and the road. The prohibition concerns parking because the vehicle may remain and prevent access. A brief stop is not automatically prohibited solely by the driveway, but it must remain momentary, attended and free of danger or obstruction, and no other rule may forbid it.
