No stopping for articulated vehicles

The blue circular sign with a red border and red cross is the no-stopping sign, which is more restrictive than no parking. The supplementary panel shows an articulated vehicle and limits the rule to that category. Because stopping is prohibited, parking is also prohibited. This is why the official statement that the vehicles shown may not park is true. The rule does not apply indiscriminately to every vehicle, but to the category represented on the panel.
