The main sign prohibits vehicles, while the supplementary panel narrows the prohibition to the goods-vehicle category shown. It does not prohibit all vehicles indiscriminately. The panel is not permission for articulated vehicles to pass; it identifies the vehicles affected by the prohibition. Correct interpretation always begins with the main sign and then applies the category panel.
