Cycle crossing
The blue square sign is placed at a marked cycle crossing and identifies the point where a cycle route crosses the carriageway. Drivers must approach carefully and give way to cyclists using the crossing as required. It does not prohibit bicycles or non-motorised vehicles, indicate an ordinary cycle track or instruct cyclists to turn left.
