Guide lines through a junction
The figure shows broken guide lines within a junction and three vehicles: A on the right, B below and C on the left. The lines help each vehicle follow the correct path. In the related questions, C may continue straight ahead, B may turn left after giving way to A, and A may take any permitted direction. The lines guide trajectories but do not by themselves create turn requirements that are not shown by arrows or other controls.
