Two-way traffic after a one-way section

This triangular warning sign shows two vertical arrows in opposite directions. It warns that a one-way carriageway is about to become two-way and that oncoming vehicles will be encountered just beyond the sign. Take extra care and, where overtaking remains permitted, assess it particularly carefully. The sign does not indicate alternating one-way traffic, priority through a narrow section, a requirement to turn back or a mandatory direction.
