Marker plate for a projecting load

Use this plate whenever a load projects longitudinally beyond the rear, even by a small amount. Fix it securely at the outermost end so that it is clearly visible. If the projection extends across the full rear width, use two plates, one at each end. The plate is not used for lateral projection, does not identify a special-purpose lorry and is unrelated to refuse collection.
