Securing a vehicle's load
The load must remain stable under braking, acceleration and cornering. It must not impair the driver's view or control, compromise vehicle stability, obscure lights, reflectors, number plates or signals, or exceed the permitted dimensions and mass. These duties apply on every road and at all times of day.
