Passengers, towing and loads on motorcycles
A passenger need not be an adult, but must meet the minimum age requirement and sit safely on an approved passenger seat with the required protection. Motorcycle riders must not tow another vehicle or allow their motorcycle to be towed. Loads must be secure and remain within the permitted projection limits so that they do not affect control or endanger others.
