Stopping, parking, traffic-imposed halts and moving off

No parking in public-transport lanes or pedestrian areas

Reserved public-transport routes and pedestrian areas must remain free from unauthorised parked vehicles. Access restrictions in a limited-traffic zone also prevent unauthorised vehicles from parking there. Marked spaces for emergency or public-health services and the area in front of waste containers must also remain free from parked vehicles. In the official questions linked here, these rules prohibit parking but do not automatically prohibit every brief stop.
