Junction with vehicles N, R and A

N may enter as far as the centre but cannot complete its manoeuvre immediately. R has priority over A and passes first; A then proceeds, and N completes its manoeuvre last. This is a staged movement: entering the junction does not mean N has priority for the whole path. N must wait in the centre until both relevant conflicts are clear.
