Tram T passes first under the normal priority rule for rail vehicles. O waits for the tram but then proceeds before A, and A crosses last. Once the tram's priority has been applied, use the remaining vehicle paths and ordinary priority rule to place O ahead of A. Neither T nor O gives way to A in the sequence shown.
