B may enter before R but must wait in the centre. After B has moved into the central position, R passes; D and N may then pass simultaneously; finally, once N has cleared, B completes its left turn. B gives way to N, not to R travelling straight ahead. B is not automatically last merely because it turns left, but its right side is not clear for the whole manoeuvre.
