Right of way at intersections
Junction with vehicles R, A and C: order R, A, C
R passes first, A passes after R but before C, and C passes last. This sequence follows the ordinary priority rules and the vehicles' paths. There is a separate emergency exception: if A is a police vehicle using its prescribed audible and visual warning devices, it passes first. Without that emergency status, A is neither first nor last.
