Engine fuel type does not determine following distance

Choose following distance according to factors that affect perception, reaction or stopping, such as the driver's health and alertness, speed, vehicle condition, load and road grip. Increase the gap in a queue to reduce the risk of a chain-reaction collision. The engine's fuel type, the power of the vehicle ahead, parking-brake efficiency and the presence of vehicles behind do not determine the safe gap. Every driver must maintain it, not only drivers of motor quadricycles.
