No entry with an exception for buses

The main sign prohibits entry, while the supplementary panel reads eccetto and depicts a bus. The panel changes the scope of the prohibition for that category: the buses shown may enter, while other vehicles remain subject to no entry. The panel must always be read with the main sign. It would be incorrect to say that buses are the vehicles prohibited by this combination.
