Supplementary panels

Priority-road route panels

The panels show the layout of a junction and the route followed by the priority road. The thicker line represents the priority road and the thinner branches represent secondary roads. They are placed beneath priority-road or junction-with-priority signs. Drivers must follow the thick line to understand whether the priority road continues straight or bends through the junction. The panels do not indicate dangerous bends, parking arrangements, no-through roads or motorway layouts.
