Supplementary panels
Continuation of a slippery-road section
The triangular sign warns of a slippery road. The supplementary panel with opposite horizontal arrows is used on a sign mounted perpendicular to the road and indicates that the slippery section extends both before and after that point. The arrows are not permitted travel directions and do not require a right or left turn. The combination means continuation of the hazard, not its beginning or end.
