Start of a no-stopping restriction

The no-stopping sign is combined with a supplementary upward arrow. The panel marks the point where the no-stopping restriction begins, so neither stopping nor parking is permitted from the sign onwards on the affected side. It does not mark the end of the restriction and is not a mandatory-direction panel.
