Start of a no-parking restriction

The no-parking sign is supplemented by a vertical arrow pointing upward. The panel marks the beginning of the section on which parking is prohibited, so the restriction starts at the sign and applies ahead. It does not apply to the section already passed. That would be indicated by the corresponding end panel with a downward arrow.
