No parking for articulated vehicles
The main sign prohibits parking, and the supplementary panel identifies articulated vehicles as the category to which the prohibition applies. The panel restricts the scope of the main sign; it does not authorise the vehicles shown to park. Read the two parts together as: no parking for articulated vehicles.
