No vehicles on public holidays from 08:00 to 20:00

The no-vehicles sign is supplemented by a panel showing the public-holiday symbol and the hours 08:00-20:00. The main sign provides the prohibition; the lower panel limits it to those hours on public holidays. It is therefore not a permanent prohibition applying every day and at every hour. Outside the stated period, drivers must still check for any other restriction.
