No use of the horn during the stated hours
The no-audible-warning-signals sign is supplemented by a time panel showing 07:30-19:00. The prohibition is in force during those hours. The panel does not grant permission to use the horn during that period. Always identify the main prohibition first and use the lower panel solely to determine when it applies.
