No motorcycles during the stated hours

The circular red-bordered sign containing a motorcycle prohibits motorcycles from entering. The supplementary panel states that the prohibition applies from 07:30 to 19:00. It must not be read in reverse: those are the hours when motorcycles are prohibited, not when they alone are permitted. Outside the stated period, this time-limited prohibition is not in force unless another sign applies.
