T-junction chevron board: no route straight ahead

The rectangular black board with white arrows pointing in both directions is installed opposite the stem of a T-junction. It makes the end of the approach road clearly visible and shows that traffic must turn left or right because there is no continuation straight ahead. It does not indicate a level crossing, lifting bridge, road closed for works, increase in lanes, one-way bend or tunnel entrance.
