End of a built-up area with onward destinations

The name MONTECOMPATRI crossed by a red diagonal marks the end of the built-up area. The blue route-confirmation panel below lists the places reached by continuing and their distances: S. Cesareo 7 km, Frosinone 63 km and Naples 190 km. The first line names the next built-up area. The sign does not mark the beginning of Montecompatri, a road closure or an uphill section, and 190 is the distance to Naples rather than a state-road number.
