Advance urban direction sign for Milan and the town centre

The sign gives advance warning of an urban junction. Drivers continue straight ahead for Milan and turn right for the town centre; the small target-like symbol next to centro is the conventional symbol for a town centre. The sign may be used on urban roads. It does not indicate a one-way road, shopping centre, shooting range or a generic minor road, and it does not announce the end of two-way traffic.
