Advance non-urban junction sign with a level crossing

Giovanni. The railway symbol on the right-hand branch warns that traffic turning towards S. Giovanni may encounter a level crossing. The sign is placed before the junction. It is an advance direction sign, not a mandatory-direction sign, and it does not mean that S. Giovanni is unreachable.
