Advance urban direction sign with a goods-vehicle restriction

The sign gives advance warning of a junction in a built-up area. Traffic for Rome-L'Aquila turns left, while traffic for Pescara and Avezzano continues straight ahead. The incorporated prohibition applies specifically to goods vehicles exceeding 3.5 tonnes and prevents them from continuing straight towards Avezzano and the town centre. The restriction must be read together with the arrow and destination. It does not automatically include buses, close the centre lane or indicate a motorway entrance.
