Priority signs
Priority over oncoming traffic through a narrow section
This blue sign with a white upward arrow and opposing red arrow gives your direction priority over oncoming traffic through a narrowing. Proceed cautiously and make sure the priority has actually been yielded. It does not mean that the road is one-way or that no duties remain. If an oncoming vehicle is already in the narrow section, avoid creating a conflict. The corresponding red-bordered circular sign has the opposite meaning and requires your direction to give way.
