Minimum speed 30 km/h

This blue circular sign showing 30 imposes a minimum speed. Driving below 30 km/h is prohibited, and only vehicles capable of complying may use the road. A vehicle may travel at 40 km/h or another speed above the minimum, provided it remains within the applicable maximum limit and is safe for the conditions. The sign is not a maximum speed limit, advisory speed, following distance or mass restriction.
