This sign is a white circle crossed by a black diagonal band. It marks the end of previously imposed local restrictions: from this point, the earlier prohibitions or mandatory requirements cease unless a new restriction is shown. It is an end-of-restrictions sign, sometimes described as restoring unrestricted movement under the ordinary traffic rules. It does not mark the end of roadworks, a built-up area or a previously warned hazard, and it is not limited to public-service vehicles.
