Prohibitory signs
No sounding of horns
This sign showing a crossed-out horn prohibits audible warning signals. It marks the start of an area where the horn must not be used except in genuine necessity, such as transporting a seriously ill or injured person. The restriction does not apply only at night, and the sign does not mark its end. Do not use the horn merely to attract attention, express impatience or announce traffic congestion.
