Warning signs

Double St Andrew's cross and barrier-protected level-crossing sign

Sign A is the double St Andrew's cross, placed immediately before a level crossing without barriers where there is more than one track. Sign B is the triangular warning sign for a level crossing with barriers or half-barriers and is normally placed in advance of the crossing. They are not successive signs for the same level crossing, so it is incorrect to say that A is found after B.
