The triangle warns of a series of dangerous bends, the first to the right. The plate below shows only '3.8 km', without the vertical arrows used on a length plate, so it gives the distance from the sign to the start of the bends. The bends begin in 3.8 kilometres; the figure does not say that the winding section is 3.8 kilometres long.
