Uneven road

This is a warning sign and is normally placed 150 metres before the hazard unless another distance is shown. Adjust your speed to the road surface, hold the steering wheel firmly and allow for your vehicle or oncoming vehicles to skid or swerve. Reduce speed further when towing a trailer. The sign may be used with a maximum speed-limit sign and may have a yellow background at temporary roadworks.
