Allow pregnant women and people with pushchairs time to cross
Give pregnant women enough time to cross the road and do not hurry them. Take similar care around pedestrians pushing a pushchair, who may move more slowly and need additional space. Keep dropped kerbs clear so that people with pushchairs or reduced mobility can use them.
