Take care when children are waiting at traffic lights
When children are waiting at traffic lights, slow down and expect unpredictable movement. They may start crossing as the signal for vehicles changes from green to amber, cross against a red pedestrian signal because the wait feels too long, or push one another into the carriageway. Be ready to stop even when your signal permits you to proceed.
