Give way to a blind pedestrian

A driver must stop and make it easier for a blind pedestrian carrying a white cane to cross, even when the person is outside a marked pedestrian crossing. This duty applies whether or not the pedestrian is accompanied by a guide dog. Slow down in good time and do not try to pass first.
