Protect pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists
Pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists have little physical protection, so even a low-speed collision can cause serious injury. Check the mirrors frequently for approaching cyclists or motorcyclists. After parking at the side of the carriageway, look carefully before opening a door so that it does not strike an approaching rider.
