Motor caravans carry and accommodate people
A motor caravan, or camper, is a self-propelled vehicle permanently equipped for transporting and accommodating people. The number of people carried must not exceed the number stated on its registration document. Unlike a caravan, it is a motor vehicle rather than a trailer.
